DESCRIPTION:Where: 100 Charlie Rogers Way\,\nKanata\nWhen: July 1\, 7:45 to 10 a.m.\nWhat: As a part of the Canada Day in Kanata\nfestivities\, the 32nd edition of the Canada\nDay Road Races will be held in support of\nthe Kanata Food Cupboard. The day features\na run for everyone\, including a 10K\, 5K\,\n1K Kids Run (ages 6-12) and a 100m Tot\nTrot for kids five and under. All runners\nreceive commemorative shirts\, medals and\npost-race snacks courtesy of the Kanata Food\nCupboard.
