DESCRIPTION:Where: 5681 Osgoode Main St.\,\nOsgoode\nWhen: July 13 (Education Day) and\nJuly 14 to 15\nWhat: Take a trip back in time with the help of\nthe 11th annual Kingdom of Osgoode Medieval\nFestival. The event’s main attractions include\njousting by the knights of valour\, costumes\,\na knighting ceremony\, a Medieval market\,\nstorytelling\, a chance to meet the knights\nand food from the period. New for 2018 is a\ndulcimer player\, who will be spreading music\nthrough the king’s forest\, and a silent auction\,\nwhich will be held in support of the Ottawa\nRegional Cancer Foundation. To get $1 off your\nadmission\, bring a canned food item in support\nof the Osgoode Food Bank. This year\, the\nfestival will be easier to get to than ever\, free\nshuttle buses running on both the Saturday\nand the Sunday from Greenboro Station (near\nSouth Keys) and from College Square (in front\nof the BMO) to the festival site and back.\nWebsite: www.osgoodemedievalfestival.com
