DESCRIPTION:Presented by: Shenkman Arts Centre Presents\, MIFO Presents and Le Droit\n\nSaturday\, October 22\, 2016 at 3 pm \nFollowing the resounding success of Les billes (Marbles) and Les souliers d’Angélie (Angélie’s Shoes)\, Tara Luz Danse returns with its new work\, Les bâtons (Sticks)\, a dance performance conceived for family audiences. \nThis work\, the product of the imaginative choreographer Anik Bouvrette\, depicts four performers venturing into a world where sticks create a myriad of images. Inspired by these colourful objects\, they play at transforming them in unexpected ways. In rhythm with accompanying sounds and live music\, they use their bodies and ingenuity in a performance that is both playful and dynamic.
