Fueling for full-day learning
You and your child, along with a community dietitian and parent support worker, will make several nutritious snacks together, plus one lunch. Parents will learn how to plan healthy school lunches and snacks based on Canadaís Food Guide and the benefits of having children help prepare their own lunches and snacks.
