TRYumph Gymnastics Academy runs a wide variety of programs in gymnastics, ninja warrior parkour, and fencing from beginners all the way to Olympians.
There are programs for all ages: gymnastics starts from six months, and fencing and Ninja programs from five years old. There are also adult beginner programs for gymnastics and fencing.
TRYumph’s founders – Alina Florea, a Romanian gymnastics coach whose former athletes have won provincial, national and international events, including a gold medal at the Sydney Olympics; and Paul ApSimon, who has coached the Canadian fencing team for three (soon to be four) Olympic Games, are both Level 4 qualified coaches – know what it takes to succeed. All of TRYumph’s programs have a strong focus on fundamental movement skills with an emphasis on teaching functional movement throughout the physical literacy strands. The physical literacy program ensures that all of TRYumph’s athletes develop skills for success in any sport.
We have drop-in times throughout the week for potential members to come try the facility, and get a feel for what programs are offered at TRYumph. For more information, visit tryumphgymnastics.ca, or come by the gym for a visit with our staff.
