TIME TO GET READY MORE AWESOMENESS IN 2016!
Camp Awesome is a United Church run, week-long "Vacation Bible School" style day camp offered to Ottawa area children between the ages of 4 and 12. These camps rotate to various host congregations throughout the summer. They are based on a predetermined theme and include Bible-based stories, crafts, singing, games and snacks. Camp Awesome is both a VBS for children and an intentional, leadership development program for youth and young adults. The staff participate in leadership development activities as well as receiving regular, caring feedback to further grow their leadership skills.
