A one-day workshop designed for both a student with a disability and family that will give you a head start on creating a plan for a good life after graduation.

As a student, you wonder what will happen once you don’t have a school to go to every day. As a parent, you’re worried about the next stage of your loved one’s life. This workshop will support students to explore their own ideas and possibilities. Families will learn about important tools to get the planning process started and will begin to discuss and discover opportunities they may want to pursue, create or access.
