Building Healthy Eating Habits: Loblaws in-store tour
Become a skilled shopper and learn how to make better choices at the grocery store! Join a registered dietitian as she brings you on this interactive and fun tour where you will learn how to read food labels and make the best food choices for you and your family while at the same time trying some interesting products. Snacks and warm refreshments will be provided! Children will also get the opportunity to participate in a fun activity.
