Creating a routine to help you through the day (for parents of children 1 to 6 years)
Predictable routines help children feel more secure… and help adults feel more in control of their day. But there isn’t one recipe that works for everyone. How can you plan a routine that will work for you? This workshop will set out some important factors to consider. You’ll also see how establishing a good routine can sometimes solve discipline problems.
